Marc C. asked
I picked out a name for my local business in IL and want to create a website by the same name. When I googled that name, a website came up for a business in FL by the same name. Can I still use this name for my business, or do I have to pick a different one?

We took pictures at Glamour shots photo studio in Natick, MA, but the store closed permanently before we could purchase the photos. Glamour shots management has lost our pictures, and they offered $100 off our next photo shoot, which is not feasible since there is no longer a store near us. We spent $700 on our first session and are very upset because these were our daughter's 1-year pictures. What legal actions can we take against the company, and can you recommend a lawyer in Boston?

I need to find a copy of my will, but I can't remember which lawyer we used because it was 12 years ago. I was told a lawyer could do a will search. Can you not do that?
