The delivery company, Marion Global Express, demanded additional insurance payment, threatening quarantine if not paid. I did not pay and now want to know how to get my money back and stop these scammers. I have the seller's name, address, phone number, and a delivery ticket, but I'm unsure if this information is real. What steps should I take?

I want to know how to sue EF Tours for not delivering 60% of the itinerary on a trip I paid $4,000 for. I live in Boynton Beach, Florida, and have documents and evidence, including videos and photos, to support my claim.
