I purchased a used car using my credit union. The dealer was aware they wouldn't immediately have payment and my credit union required the title to be completed for payment. The dealer was aware of this and the title expense was included. The finance guy had me sign stating I carry full coverage and 'got approval' from his manager, telling me we were set. It's been two weeks and the dealer has paid off my trade-in. Today, I was told to finance with a different bank and then refinance with my credit union later because it could now take 6-8 weeks for them to get a check due to Illinois not doing title work. The dealership doesn't want to wait and wants me to finance through them or return the car. They have already paid off my trade-in. Am I required to return the car or finance again, or can I make them wait?

I have trouble distinguishing reality from fiction and have been diagnosed with OC disorder and postpartum depression, which led to a gambling spree. A local lawyer issued a demand letter stating that local jurisdiction laws prohibit me from gambling and demanding the voiding of all games and a refund. Some casinos have agreed to refunds in the past. One casino's terms state that all casino games are void where prohibited by law, but there is no specific clause about refunds. Can I get a refund of my deposits, and what does the voiding clause imply?
