I purchased flooring from Empire last June, and it has cracked and discolored in every room. They are telling me I will have to pay for the repairs, claiming it's not a factory defect but due to the lack of a humidifier in my house, which I was not informed about at the time of purchase. I used money from my life insurance policy after my husband passed away last year, and I am disappointed they are not standing by their product as promised.
