I received a call from a debt elimination department claiming I could eliminate my credit card debt by paying only for 3 months and not using the cards. If a company signs an NCNDA with two different sourcing agents for the same product, and it turns out that both agents have the same seller distributor source, can the company choose to proceed with the deal from the sourcing agent offering the best price without facing penalties or fines?

I lent $3000 to a friend who promised to pay me back but has not, despite my repeated requests. I have text messages as evidence of his promise. Is there any legal action I can take against him, especially since he is self-employed and has an OnlyFans account, which is considered income?
