I need to respond to a motion to quash service from Carson City, Nevada justice court. The defendant is the president of a company registered in Carson City, Nevada, but resides in Alberta, Canada. I initially filed a claim against him, but the court date revealed that the served address was not his residential address. I now need to serve the defendant according to the Hague convention. Should I ignore the motion to quash service, or should I amend my complaint and seek cooperation from the defendant's attorney?
