I received a judgment for monies related to a 1998 Chevy Venture vehicle purchased in July 2007. After the vehicle broke down twice, I had it towed back to the dealer on January 3, 2007, and had not heard from them until November 28, 2008, when I was served with a judgment for $5,825.
