My bank cashed fraudulent checks totaling $2,900 and has not reimbursed me. The bank is under investigation but there is no response to the status of the investigation. I have worked with my local bank, called the Check Fraud Line numerous times, and filed a formal complaint. The bank caught several smaller fraudulent transactions but not the larger ones. What steps should I take to resolve this issue?
