Good morning. I am working in a hardware store and a co-worker regularly wears a 12" k-bar knife to work. I have said something to my boss about it making me uncomfortable and he has laughed it off. Does my employer have any responsibility to maintain a work environment free of weapons, and do I have any recourse if he doesn't ask the employee to leave the knife at home?
