I received a speeding ticket for going 80 in a 65 zone. This is my second ticket, and for the first one, my lawyer used the Plea in the Alternative (PFJ) because he made a mistake in court the first time, which resulted in the ticket affecting my insurance. The only way to remove it was to fight it again using the PFJ. Do you think a lawyer can help me with this current ticket so that I don't get any points on my record?

We moved from Florida to Arkansas 6 months ago. Our vehicle from a buy-here/pay-here auto dealer first demanded the full amount of the finance contract which I expected. I talked with them and began making payments to them from our Arkansas address which they accepted, breaching the contract. We have been trying to get the car titled and registered in Arkansas with no success so far. The people here say we should consider the car abandoned and have Arkansas title our vehicle that way. According to the contract, they should've repossessed this vehicle quite a while ago. Can I legally do this in Arkansas even though the car has not had any payments made on it since October and since it has not been repossessed? It's quite confusing.
