Can I file a motion for reconsideration on a denied motion for a new trial, or should I use the deemed motion to reconsider and rehear and amend it without leave of court? Additionally, is this deemed motion categorized under any kind of FL Civil Procedural Rules, like 1.530 for instance? If I appeal the amended final judgment and win, will it reinstate the original final judgment?

I want to file for a restraining order against my roommate. He's been behaving very badly, harassing me, swearing at me, intimidating me to start a fight. Yesterday he called me at midnight and harassed me, saying he'll beat me up. My problem is that my other roommates might not agree to testify in court, and I cannot prove the actual conversation from the call. I can only show that he called at midnight. How can I get a restraining order approved?

I was the plaintiff in a case where I was terminated by my employer and they did not pay my commissions on the jobs I turned in. The judge asked for me to provide this information in a specific format, but I am unsure what to include.
