I recently had a civil dispute with an employee who quit mid-job while driving a company vehicle. When I tried to retrieve the vehicle, the police arrived and allowed the employee to take belongings from the truck, stating he was in possession. I believe this was handled improperly. Do I have any actions I can take against the police department for violating my rights, and if so, what type of attorney should I retain?

I am prescribed medications that cause severe withdrawal symptoms if not taken properly. A CVS pharmacy near me has made negligent decisions that affected my physical and mental health, such as not filling a prescription on time despite my doctor's emergency request and having an unreliable online-refill system. I need to know if any of their actions are legally permissible and what my rights are.

Is there a way to fight a felony charge of receiving stolen auto parts from an undercover cop who set me up? The undercover cop sold me catalytic converters and texted that they were 'hot,' but never explicitly mentioned they were stolen. I also had 40 legally bought converters seized without a warrant. Can the felony be fought, and what should I do about the seized converters?

My son was towed by Denver Towing after parking in front of his own house, blocking his own driveway during a high school football game where all the neighborhood parking was taken. It cost him $320. I believe it was an illegal act by a rogue towing company. Is this legal?
