I recently purchased a mobile home earlier this year. When it was time for me to move into the home, the mobile home company told me I could not move in because my credit score had dropped; even though I had already signed papers and paid the down payment. I just found out the home and land is still in my name and someone else is living in the home. I have never occupied this home and the mortgage company is saying that I currently have a loan for $87,000 for the house and land. Am I entitled to a civil lawsuit and what do I do?

I financed a truck in 1999, made payments for a year before it was returned in 2000 due to a mechanical issue. Now, a company named SNAAC is contacting me through secure army email accounts and threatening my job, family, income taxes, and security clearance. They have also pulled my credit report without permission. Can they collect any money from me, and can I sue them for harassment and illegal actions?

I purchased a mobile home in September 2008 that was later found to have concealed fire damage. The case went to court, and the judge ruled in my favor for $5000 in July 2009. No payments have been received. My lawyer suggested I would have to hire a collection agency. Is this correct, and does the court do anything about people who fail to pay? This is in Montana.

A company in Florida has trademarked the name 'Nite at the Races' and is asking me to stop using it on my website. These events have been known by this name in Ohio for over 30 years. Does the trademark have any legal weight, and what should I do?

The apartments where I live have not fixed my bathroom since I moved in back in October 2009. I have fallen twice, am pregnant, have a hole in my wall in the shower, and the tub is shifting. I have called code enforcement but nothing has been done. What can I do?

A police officer pulled over my girlfriend and put her in the back of a police car because they were looking for me. During this time, the officer disclosed that I'm taking anti-depressants, have had problems in the past, and other private information. I had wanted to keep this information private until I felt more comfortable with her. Is there anything I can do about this situation?
