If my witness (animal necropsy doctor) is asking me to send him a subpoena for deposition and cc'ing my defendant to this email, is it okay? The necropsy report states severe dorsal bleeding, no microchip found, and possible trauma. Is the report enough to state the cause of death, or do I need to prove it further?
