I run a nonprofit for children. We had a donor offer to donate money for a meeting hall to be built on land I personally own. How do we legally write this into our bylaws to protect both the nonprofit and myself, especially considering the land is leased to the 501c3 and they pay $609 annually for lease of land, equipment, and buildings?
