I totaled my car on the 31st of May. The police had it towed to clear the road. I called the tow company today, and they told me I have to pay six hundred dollars to hand them the title to salvage it due to all the fees. I don't have the money, so I asked if I could at least pay the fifty-dollar salvage fee to stop the charges from accruing. I was told if I didn't pay the 600 dollars, they would continue to charge me fifty dollars a day until they would have the DMV sue me. Where do I stand legally?

I was prescribed Requip 2 years ago for severe Restless Leg Syndrome. Although the medication has alleviated the symptoms, I was never advised of the negative side effects and was told to remain on the medication as there is no cure for RLS. I have experienced 8 negative side effects, including throat closure, anxiety, depression, loss of appetite, rapid weight loss, dizziness, unclear decision making, confusion, and compulsive gambling, which has led to significant financial loss and personal distress. I am seeking guidance on how to address this situation and whether there are legal options available.
