I used to have more than $250,000 in a bank, which qualified me for 'Private Client Services' and special checks. Now, with less than $250,000 in the bank, I printed 'Private Client' checks from Vistaprint instead of using the regular checks the bank sent. Is there anything wrong with using these Vistaprint checks?

How well do tape recordings hold up in a court of law and are there laws I need to be aware of regarding them? The tape recording was taken in a one-party state, Texas, but involves a trust that is held in Oklahoma.
