I've been served with a false injunction against harassment. The plaintiff provided misleading information to the court, referencing a letter I wrote that does not mention her by name and claiming that the carbon copies I sent out were separate incidents of harassment. The judge issued an ex parte injunction based on these false statements. I'm a future law student in Arizona, and this could seriously damage my future professional and economic prospects. What are my options?
