I want to buy a house in Texas at a tax auction. Can someone help me understand the priority of liens if a house is sold at a tax auction? Usually, when people do not pay their tax bill, they haven’t paid their mortgage. If you can direct me to a book to read as well.

After a long drawn out process between two attorneys and multiple attempts to resolve equitable distribution, a contempt order filed against my ex, and a judgment signed & filed by a district court judge ordering both of us to NOT change or sell marital assets, my ex withdrew $50,000 plus from the 401K and claimed it was living expenses when he actually gave it to his daughter to buy him a mobile home. He also filed for SSA and early retirement, claimed he had no assets, but then posted on Facebook that it was destroyed in a hurricane and he was going to 'take his money' and buy a new place. My attorney told me he spoke to my ex's attorney and told him he would not be representing me anymore, then refused to do any more work on my case until I paid him another $3000 retainer after already paying him $6000 for which he did nothing except cost me losses of $50,000 plus. My attorney filed a request to withdraw on July 20, 2023. I then agreed with my ex's attorney to talk about setting up a plan and choosing a mediator. I responded to an email from my ex's attorney asking for available dates in September to set up mediation, provided 4 dates but never received a reply. Today I received a filed scheduling and discovery order with false statements saying we agreed on a particular mediator and additional discovery. All of this occurring while I was in treatment for aggressive breast cancer, my ex participating in illegal and illicit in-person and online sexual activity, and then stage 3 ovarian cancer. I just can't afford to put any more money in this. I have been paying all the marital debt and have made several offers for settlement to which he has not responded or countered. Now he needs a signed auto title and wants a settlement. How do I respond to the order? It states: Discovery shall be mailed to the opposing on or before September 8, 2023. Disclosure of expert witnesses shall also be completed by this date. The order was filed on August 31, 2023 and emailed to me September 1, 2023. Today is Sunday, September 3, 2023. This can't be legal! How do I file that these statements are false and I was given 4 business days to respond? How should I respond?

Can my Florida S-corporation be dissolved if I have $400,000 in debt? We are a travel company heavily impacted by the pandemic and unable to meet monthly payments. We wish to stay in business. My FL company is a bank account for clients to pay into, and the money is then paid to our provider in Costa Rica to operate trips. I own both companies. My debts are from SBA, Wells Fargo, Chase, and parents. I don't have any business or personal assets in the US, only my personal home in Costa Rica. The companies in FL and Costa Rica are separate entities but have the same name.
