I want to find an attorney to sue a dialysis company that has caused issues with my Social Security benefits. The VA falsely charged me a copay for dialysis, which they shouldn't have, and now the IRS is taking out $350.00 per month from my Social Security. What steps should I take to address this issue?

They have frozen my payment and are causing us problems. We are both in California. What steps should we take, and what additional information should the lawyer know?

I am a Canadian citizen with a job offer from the US and a Master of Science in Nutrition from a US accredited university. My Bachelor's degree is not in Nutrition and is from a non-US university. What qualifications do I need to be eligible for a TN Visa under the NAFTA Nutritionist category, and once I get a TN Visa, what requirements do my four Canadian-born children under 18 need to qualify for a TD Visa?

I had a judgment rendered in my favor, but mistakenly told the court that my car involved in the matter was a 2001 instead of a 2002. The judge used the Blue Book Value based on the incorrect year. How can I fix this situation, and what steps should I take?

I have a Cadillac Escalade purchased and titled in my name, and I insured it. My fiancé and I were working for someone who promised us both vehicles. Now, he claims the Escalade isn't mine, despite him not having a driver's license and others being seen driving it. Is the vehicle legally mine, and would he need to take me to court to dispute this?
