Involved in a legal case over a retaining wall. Just discovered a hidden camera placed on a tree at the border (could be on neighbors lot) facing the wall from above. This is a remote area and there are no homes near mine. No neighbors. Surrounded by forest. I looked at the camera (still photography) simm card and it had images of me behind my home. I suspect the defendant put it there. Is that legal? Nothing to hide but could he use the images in court? Will check with my attorney but curious now.

My son was just incarcerated for at least another 12 months and his wife thinks she's gonna come and take up residence in my house now. She did not live there right before his incarceration, but thinks she is going to occupy residence now. Along with the wife, she thinks that a daughter of hers is going to reside there as well. Wasn't asked or nothin, like it doesn't matter what I said. I live in Loveland, CO and I'm an elder and I'm afraid.

I have a 1998 Ford F150 that I bought from a friend 11 years ago. The original owner paid off the truck, but the credit union did not provide the title because they used the truck as collateral for a personal loan. The credit union is now out of business, and I only have a bill of sale. How can I obtain the title for the truck?
