I was accused of inappropriate behavior and an Investigator from my company (Southwest Airlines) contacted me via conference call to ask questions. The Investigator advised there was a scribe taking notes. After the call, I received an email with the notes and was asked to make corrections by a specific date. I requested an extension due to being on vacation, but the Investigator denied it and said the case was being closed. What should I do if the notes are closed without my corrections and what is the legal stance on adding corrections after the deadline?

I had my record from 43 years ago expunged in North Carolina and was told all my rights were restored, but when I tried to purchase a gun in Colorado, I was denied and when I appealed, I was told the NC or Federal ATF still had my record. How do I get rid of this for good?

The condo was open 24/7 and changed to close at 10pm without filing the change with the state. 75 percent of our 152 units. Went to the board meeting yesterday and asked for a vote to have just adult time from 8:pm to 10pm. For people over 21 years old because adults are unable to enjoy the pool with all the news and how crowded it is. The board said in, the rules will allow it. Then how could they just make the change the rule from 24/7 to just 10:pm?

My neighbor recorded me on my property while she was starting an argument, trespassing in violation of a court order, and then posted the recording on Facebook without my consent or knowledge. I live in Virginia. Can I legally take her to court for this, and what about an illegal sign they put on my property the same day?

I have had diabetes 2 for approximately 3 years and am on insulin injections. Recently, I was diagnosed with gout and prescribed steroids, which caused my blood sugar to skyrocket to dangerously high levels. I believe the doctor knew the risks of prescribing steroids to a diabetic patient but did so anyway. Is there any legal course of action I could take?
