I was arrested for aggravated DUI (AGG DUI 1) because I refused to take the breathalyzer. The arresting officer previously lied in a criminal complaint against my friend, who was also arrested for DUI by the same officer. My friend caught the officer lying about the validity of his tags and insurance. Given this history of dishonesty, I refused the breathalyzer. Should I go to trial, and is it worth it?
