I was arrested from June 26th until November 14th due to an illegal search. The judge found the police were in the wrong and the case was dropped. I have proof that the police lied and planted evidence (a gun). I am seeking compensation for the time I spent in jail. I feel I have been greatly wronged, and the police officer's lies put me in jail for a long time. The public defender intentionally omitted the police cam evidence, which was only shown to the judge after I requested it. What legal actions can I take for compensation and to address the wrongful arrest and imprisonment?

I am in an apartment in Seattle, Washington, where there have been multiple break-ins and security issues. The management has not increased security despite over 50 incidents, and they have not provided an action plan. My safety is at risk, causing mental distress, and I have had to seek therapy. The lease states they are not responsible for crime on the property. My car was vandalized along with many others, and there have been multiple instances of intruders on the property. Can I break the lease without penalty due to emotional distress and endangerment, and would a doctor's letter help?

I am filing a civil action pro se against my lender and purchaser. I visited the records and deeds department and would like to know if the documents attached to the foreclosure proceedings are accurate. I did not see my actual loan attached. Should it be? I have attached a picture of the documents I took, but I’m not certain of the abbreviations and I printed everything listed.
