I was arrested in Wisconsin and later charged with obstruction of a police officer. I pleaded no contest and paid a fine. However, a non-government website, Wisconsin.arrest.org, incorrectly lists me as arrested for 'Prostitution/soliciting,' which is false. I have requested they correct or remove this information, but they have not responded. What can I do?

I have a 37-year-old son who has sent threatening text messages and has caused various legal issues, including stealing my daughter's car, causing an accident, refusing to pay for repairs, and accumulating a street sweeping ticket. I have contacted insurance companies and lawyers, but no one has been able to help me. What steps can I take to address these issues, given that my son lives in Long Beach, California, and I live in Lancaster, California, while my daughter is in Georgia for Army boot camp?

I received a check from a church in Indiana that covers both my tutoring fees and an additional amount for a caregiver. The father who hired me wants me to deposit the check and then write a check from my account to the caregiver for the overage. Is this a legal and safe procedure, and what should I do if the church does not respond to my inquiries?

I purchased a new vehicle from Bomnin Chevy in Miami on 27 July 2019. The dealer won't process the title to the state of Florida for 45 days, stating they are guarding against the vehicle being placed on a ship for overseas shipment. Do I have any recourse?

My 10-year-old Yorkie was injured at the groomer, resulting in a torn ligament in his back leg. The groomer did not take him to the vet as agreed and ignored my request for camera footage. What legal steps should I take to address this situation and ensure my dog receives necessary treatment?

I have a child support order from Oklahoma, but it does not include custody. My son's dad has kept him from me for over a month after a visit, and is trying to enroll him in a school in his town. Would I be able to report him for parental kidnapping in Oklahoma, or would either of the following be true: (a) the child support order be enough to grant him paternal rights or (b) Oklahoma does not have jurisdiction? I want my son to continue attending his current school, which he is already enrolled in.
