My friend in Green Bay, Wisconsin, has been evicted on February 19. The landlord won the case in small claims court, and it was deemed not appealable. The apartment has maintenance issues, and the tenant lost their job and has no other place to go. We have the money to pay the landlord, but she still wants the eviction. Is there a way to stop or postpone the eviction, and how can we ensure the landlord won't proceed with eviction if we reach an extension agreement?
