I was deemed unable to work due to clinical depression in 2001 and was ordered to pay child support in 2002. After a lengthy process, a judge ruled in my favor for social security disability (SSD), reducing my child support payment from $260.00 to $60.00. However, the child support enforcement agency is still demanding $260.00, despite the court order. What should I do?

I have a judgment for $5,400 in Sanford, Florida, and I am trying to get the sheriff to execute a writ of execution. The sheriff is recommending I get a judge's order to enter the defendant's house to obtain their possessions. How do I get a judge's order to enter the house?

If I have never received a 1099-C from any creditor, how do I know who to report for bankruptcy, and should I use the names and amounts from my TRW report? I am currently in the process of filing for bankruptcy and need to add creditors to my list, including the IRS with the amounts of their claims. I am still confused about the process.
