In 2021, my ex-boyfriend told me I had to move because he was selling our house. I was on medical leave and had just come out of the hospital. He made me sign some papers and I just found out I waived my rights to get money from the sale. I just found out he didn't sell the house. It's still on his name. How can I address this situation regarding my property rights, and can I seek compensation for pain and suffering due to the emotional distress caused by him telling me to leave when I was sick and didn't have a place to live?
