I was given a pit bull who accidentally killed a yorkie due to excitement. The original owners took the pit back with the police and want to put him down. I passed the yard and kennel inspection, and the dog passed the human aggressive test. Isn't the dog considered mine under the law, and how can I stop them from putting him down?

My son is working for a company in North Dakota in the oil field. He is the only US citizen on the job, with eight out of ten people being illegal immigrants who have made it difficult for him and put him in dangerous situations. They are trying to force him off the job, and he has already been hurt once due to being excluded from warnings. Is there anything that can be done, and does he have a case of discrimination or harassment?
