I need help getting someone out of my house. The person is a friend who moved in on February 11, 2022, and has been paying rent irregularly. I have asked her to leave, changed the door code, and served a 7-day notice to move out, which she refused to sign. She has since left, but left behind two boxes and sent a text saying she was never coming back. I'm concerned she might claim she wasn't properly evicted and try to return. What should I do to ensure she cannot legally return and to handle the abandoned property?
