I was given an ultimatum by my employer to either accept a new job assignment with a pay cut or be terminated. I was hired as a housekeeper and have been fulfilling my duties for almost a year, including rearranging schedules and canceling appointments for the company. The new assignment would require me to work a third shift from 11:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. doing laundry, mopping floors, and cleaning wheelchairs, which conflicts with my responsibilities as a caregiver for my autistic grandson. I believe this is unfair and want to file a claim against my former employer. Where do I stand legally?

I applied for TSA Precheck several months ago and have had no trouble going through TSA recheck. However, on March 21, I was told that my TSA number was not on my boarding pass at Myrtle Beach airport in South Carolina. I want to confirm my TSA number.

My husband's court date keeps getting rescheduled, and I can't reach his lawyer. He was arrested on a warrant and has been in jail since. His lawyer hasn't shown up for court twice, and I've tried contacting the lawyer and the county clerk, but they couldn't help. What can I do to understand what's happening and ensure my husband's case is being addressed?
