I was given the opportunity to purchase a female dog from a breeder in Texarkana, AR. The dog was sired by a champion male from Hungary. I agreed to purchase the female dog known as Lovely of New Deal. I received the dog in April 2009 along with the contract, dental records, shot records, and photo of the sire. The rest of the paperwork, including the AKC registration and certified pedigree from Hungary, arrived in July 2009. I noticed a tattoo number on the certified pedigree from Hungary, which did not match the tattoo in the dog's ear. I had a dog known as Heroine of New Deal, not the dog I contracted to buy. The breeder claims she gave me the dog she intended to sell, but it is not the dog I contracted to buy. I tried to resolve this in civil court but was unsuccessful. Would this fall under a 'Bait and Switch'?

Yes, this appears to be a classic case of 'bait and switch,' which can be pleaded in court documents...

We feel unduly harassed by the city of Edwardsville, KS, which has falsified reports, trespassed on our property, and used public officials to intimidate us. We are seeking guidance on who to contact for a proper investigation into these actions, as they seem to violate federal laws and state statutes. We are willing to provide proof of our claims and would like to know how to proceed with our constitutional case against the city.

I am a newlywed and have recently discovered that my wife has a $7000 judgment/lien against her. Before contacting the lawyer representing the plaintiff, is there any information I should be aware of, such as settlement negotiations? We found out about the judgment while trying to buy a condo. I am afraid to contact the plaintiff without having the full $7000 and they turn their attention to my assets. What advice can you provide?

My parents signed an agreement allotting me a portion of their land, which was not notarized. A few weeks later, my sibling included my allotted land in a contract for her house, and my parents signed her contract without reading it. Is my agreement with my parents still valid and enforceable, especially since one parent has passed away and another is under the power of attorney of a sibling?

How do I resolve a DWI charge from Missouri that is preventing me from regaining my driving privileges in Massachusetts and Rhode Island? What steps should I take, and what are the potential penalties or additional costs involved?

I hired a former neighbor to side and roof my home in April, giving him over $9000 in checks and cash. No work has been done, and he has been making empty promises due to personal problems. Additionally, I loaned him $3000 behind my husband's back, and there is a personal relationship involved. It has been almost 6 months, and I am concerned about the lack of progress and the potential for personal issues to become public. How should I proceed, and what are my legal options?
