Specifically, I filed an expedited motion to modify judgment regarding timesharing and support, which was denied. Can the 'motion to modify timesharing' with a hearing, exhibits, and transcript post-trial be included in the appeal? Also, do I need to file formal objections to the motions she denied post-trial to preserve them for appeal?

My father has three vehicles and I have the original titles. He wants me to have one of his cars, a 1964 Corvair, and I plan on either donating or selling the other two cars. Should I have him sign the titles in the dealership reassignment section while he is still alive or will it not make a difference when he is dead?
