I was in a life-changing accident that left me unable to walk for three years. Before the accident, my personal vehicle, a 1977 Porsche 930 Turbo Carrera, was at a friend's auto shop. He disassembled my car claiming he would restore it to showcase his shop's capabilities. Now, he refuses to reassemble it, effectively destroying my property. I'm now on disability and my sister has been helping me with this matter. I've contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair and tried to file a police report for destruction of personal property, but to no avail. What are my legal options?

You should consider filing a lawsuit for conversion, which is a legal term for interference with you...
