I was in a life-changing accident that left me unable to walk for three years. Before the accident, my personal vehicle, a 1977 Porsche 930 Turbo Carrera, was at a friend's auto shop. He disassembled my car claiming he would restore it to showcase his shop's capabilities. Now, he refuses to reassemble it, effectively destroying my property. I'm now on disability and my sister has been helping me with this matter. I've contacted the Bureau of Automotive Repair and tried to file a police report for destruction of personal property, but to no avail. What are my legal options?

By law, what is the maximum time allowed for health insurance companies to process and reimburse out-of-pocket claims in Virginia? Additionally, what steps can be taken if claims are not processed within this timeframe or if there are discrepancies in the reimbursement amounts?

I am being sued by my employer for money I didn't take and for posting derogatory things I never did. How can I defend myself, and what are the potential outcomes if I lose the case?

When publishing a book, can I include hyperlinks to my Amazon page or other merchant pages on the Contact Page for reviews, and do I need to follow any special legal rules or formatting for these hyperlinks?

I paid $8,000 for a pet and gave it to another person to raise, but they got the pet's license under their name. I haven't taken any legal steps yet, but I asked them to return the pet, which they rejected. I want to know if I can get the pet back and if I can file a case.
