My attorney claims the suit was filed before the statute of limitations, but Hennepin County Court has no record of the lawsuit. I am 76 years old, still treating for brain injuries and back problems, and have co-morbidity issues with COVID-19. I have prepaid thousands of dollars in out-of-pocket medical expenses, and my PIP carrier has paid $20,000.00, with Blue Cross and Medicare covering the rest since my PIP coverage ran out. Can I or my family ever collect on this case due to the COVID regulations?
