In NJ law, if I was recorded without consent by my spouse in my own home, is that video footage admissible in civil court? Do I have a reasonable expectation of privacy? I am an independent contractor for the postal service. My contract does not specify a start time, and I have always started sorting mail at 8am. The post office clerk is fine with this, but the postmaster has requested that I start at 9:30am. How can I continue to start at 8 or 8:30am?
