I was involved in a car accident and am being sued. My insurance covers 100k/300k bodily injury. There were three people in the car, all of whom want to sue. I'm worried it might exceed the insurance limit. My father, who is the insurance policy holder, is also being sued. I want to know if they can touch his annuity investment or if he cashes it out and puts it in a bank safety box, can they go through that? Also, if my grandparents' house is under my name and something happens to them, can they go after that?

I was told by my HR department that one of my staff filed a complaint against me for being gender bias, leading to an investigation and a Performance Improvement Plan (PIP). During the PIP, I was given an exit interview from a former staff member with timeliness complaints, and I was coerced into signing the PIP. Two weeks ago, I was notified that the current staff member filing the complaint is leaving, and there is a consideration to fire me based on the fear of potential litigation. I've been employed for 18 years without any previous complaints. Is there anything legally I can do in this situation?

I need advice on how to remove restrictions on Regulation S Shares I purchased a long time ago, especially since the company is no longer trading. I live in Malta and am not a US citizen. I have already been scammed once and am concerned about being scammed again by a company called McKenzie & Sons, which has appointed someone from the Board of Financial Affairs to help. What should I do?

A laundromat attendant demanded that I leave the privately owned public facility because I have a service dog. I explained my knowledge of the ADA law, but the attendant and a police officer insisted that I remove my service animal. I understand that ADA law does not require certification for service animals and allows them in places of public accommodation. Is this understanding correct, and what legal actions can I take?

I have 3 children, ages 10, 22 months, and 9 months. My husband is not the legal father of my oldest child, but he is the father of the other two. My husband has left my oldest child alone at home several times, even for up to an hour when the child was five. Now, he thinks it's okay to leave the oldest child alone with the two younger ones for up to 2 hours. I'm worried for the safety of my kids. What steps can I take to protect my children?

My employer, AT&T, promised me a transfer to Sacramento by the end of August last year, leading me to evict my tenants. I have been losing rental income since. I have documented the transfer conversations in writing and am a union employee covered by a collective bargaining agreement. Should I wait until after the NLRB charges, union grievance, and government processes finish to rent again, or should I start looking for tenants now? I don't want to evict tenants again and prefer to keep the property empty if relocation is possible within a few more months. However, I have a duty to search for tenants and minimize rental losses. Should I start repairing the property and looking for tenants now, or wait until the dispute processes finish? If I wait, which process should I wait for? Will I be able to collect all lost rent from this month until the dispute processes finish, or do I need to start looking for tenants immediately?
