I was involved in a car accident and do not have insurance. The other party has insurance and was at fault according to the police report. There were no injuries, and only my car was damaged. How should I proceed?

I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis and have lost time off work due to illness. I just had a baby and got behind on payments. My check has been extremely low, and the creditor calls me 3 times a day, contacts my friends and family, and even came to my house. I'm already ill and trying to make payments, offering $10 to $15 a week. Is there any way I can file a cease and desist?

In the state of New Hampshire, I have an order from a judge regarding a light issue that the neighbor has to refrain from using. When I call the police to report the matter, they tell me they will no longer respond because it's a civil matter and they cannot enforce the order. What should I do?

I refinanced my truck last August 2007, but after this long, they still haven't provided the title papers. I had to register the truck under the old lienholder, and now they want to repossess it because I was withholding payments. I couldn't register my truck for 8 months until the DMV helped me. What can I do about this, as they won't work with me and it's their fault? I never missed a payment with the first lienholder.
