I was jailed for elderly abuse, specifically financial abuse regarding missing cheap furniture that the resident sold. I was jailed to prevent me from attending a meeting about the house I worked on for 6 months, which I am to be paid for when the house sells. The charges were allegedly cooked up by the power of attorney, who is jealous of the written contract between me and the homeowner. I took the homeowner to court for intentionally interfering with the contract through assault and vandalism, but I was arrested before the judge could hear the case. I have a court date for the charges, and the homeowner has a court date for a restraining order I made. I am an honest person being treated unfairly. How can I prove my innocence and get these charges dropped?

Some of my property, including personal picture albums, art and science reference materials, three Tiffany lamp shades, and other pieces of artwork, were allegedly taken out and trashed. I don't believe it, as even a moron should know their value. I want them back and in one piece, but I'm sure Val Bendersky has them or sold them. He was very rude when I spoke to him and laughed when he said everything was trashed. What steps can I take to get my things back undamaged, and can I legally pursue this matter in Ohio?

I'm going to conciliation court with what I feel is a good case. The defendant has said that if I lose, he will sue me for the time he has put in to defend himself. Can he do that?

We have received exorbitant water bills, the first being $716.00 for a 3-month period in March, and then $1000.00 for 6 months of water use. The Town of Orange, Massachusetts, changed and tested our meter in April 2018, which then showed normal usage. The water department insists we are at fault and must pay the bill. We have had the meter tested, checked for leaks, and made payments of $200 per month to avoid having the water turned off. How can we deal with this situation?
