I was planning to pack an aerosol can of insect repellant for clothing for a trip to Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. However, I read in my tour book that aerosol cans should be left behind and cannot be packed in checked luggage. Is this correct?

I am looking for a seller's estoppel certificate form in California. I already have a tenant estoppel certificate form from the CA Bar and CA Association of Realtors, but the tenant refuses to sign the standard lender-escrow required forms. Is there a specific form for the seller to sign when a tenant refuses to cooperate?

I live in Massachusetts and signed a contract for a jiu jitsu gym in 2006. I informed the gym leader in 2006 that I would not be attending anymore due to schedule changes, but I was still being charged $80 a month until 2012. The bank statements were initially mistaken for a different payment. I contacted the gym headquarters, and they mentioned that my contract likely required me to cancel the membership myself. The instructor from 2006 is no longer there. Do I have any chance of a case if I were to take this to small claims court?

I pay child support to my ex-husband in New York. I moved to Florida with my new husband, where I can't find a job and any job I get will likely pay less. How do I get the child support amount lowered, and can New York put a lien on my Florida home if it's in both my and my new husband's names?

My husband has avascular necrosis of each femoral head, which was identified in a CT scan but not addressed. He is currently in an inpatient rehab center for alcohol rehabilitation and is experiencing worsening pain in his back and hips. I have requested an orthopedic consult for him, but the rehab center is not cooperating. What legal steps can I take to ensure he receives the necessary medical evaluation and treatment?

In the auto body industry, some insurance companies refuse to pay for the rental of specialized 'celette' frame measuring equipment/jigs, stating that using this equipment is part of the cost of doing business. These jigs are necessary for restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition, especially for high-end vehicles like Porsches, which require specific equipment for repairs. How can we legally compel insurance companies to pay for the rental of these jigs, given that they are essential for proper vehicle restoration and are not part of the standard cost of doing business?
