I was prescribed Zyprexa while on Medicaid for Bipolar Disorder in 2005 in Indiana. I have shown obvious symptoms of diabetes and am consulting a doctor soon. Since the statute of limitations has passed for other types of civil suits, can I sue Eli Lilly for fraud?

I have a Request for Proposal (RFP) from the State Insurance Fund to complete investigative services for them. I have been on their list for 9 years, but now they require bids, and we need to submit by Friday. Do you know anyone in New York State (upstate) who can assist with this kind of work?

My property is lower than my neighbor's. One wall is eroding due to his overwatering. I found out that these neighbors are going through foreclosure and don't want to pay for the damage. I have complained to the Association to see if they can fix the drainage and easement issues but won't address the wall issue. No response from the Association yet. I will be getting an estimate to fix the wall. But what else can I do?

I was never served in a small claims lawsuit in Nassau County, New York, and they won by default. I live and work in Suffolk County. They claim someone signed for the paperwork. How can I fight this and avoid having the judgment on my credit report?

I just got a speeding ticket for going 74 in a 45 on my motorcycle. The cop was traveling in the same direction, and I approached him from behind. I identified him, slowed down, and followed until I got to my turnoff at my job. He was in the left lane when I turned right into my employer's driveway. I don't have usable mirrors, so I assumed he stopped when he realized I was turning right and followed me into the gate. Do I have a fighting chance?
