I was put on garden leave by my ex-employer in Hong Kong after informing them of my intention to join a competitor. They took my work computer and items from my locker, claiming they would return my personal items after checking but never did. They also asked me to sign a letter acknowledging 'continuing obligations' that could lead to legal action against me without notice. Additionally, my reputation was tarnished when my line manager informed stakeholders of my garden leave without explanation. Do I have a case to demand the return of my personal items, retrieve my personal data from the company computer, refuse to sign the letter, and seek legal recourse for the damage to my reputation and unfair treatment?

I need an attorney to represent me for not paying a casino marker in Vegas. I couldn't pay my marker because an injury happened to me at the casino and they didn't pay my claim. Additionally, I'm filing for bankruptcy because I'm disabled and a senior citizen living on social security. What steps should I take to find an affordable attorney?

I was terminated from my job because my supervisor reported me to the director about a shared album on my personal device that was created two years ago, where other employees also took and shared pictures. I was not the only one involved, and the pictures were not inappropriate. I keep telling them it’s not my fault, but they terminated me regardless. Is there anything I can do about my termination?

A credit card debt was put onto my credit report without my permission in Georgia. My fiancée used my name and income estimate to increase her approval odds but did not use my social security number. I have contacted Equifax and the credit card company, and they have initiated an investigation. What should be my next steps, and will the damage be permanently removed from my credit report?
