I was recently accused of mishandling club funds and transferring money into my personal account by the board of a non-profit dog training club where I served as registrar for 10 years. If so, is it worth pursuing legally?

I was accused of racial profiling at my workplace on March 31, 2023, and my manager threatened to terminate me on the spot, stating they would ensure I never work at a Dillard’s store again. Is it legal for a manager to make such threats and deny me access to surveillance footage of the incident? Additionally, am I legally entitled to request and view my personnel file?
