If I have chronic Hepatitis C and am applying for a nursing position at a hospital, do I need to disclose this to my potential employer, or can I have my doctor provide a note stating I am free from all communicable diseases as listed by the ODH for hospitals?

There was an order of the court that my dad was to pay child support and set up a trust fund for me in California. He didn't set up the trust fund or pay child support. I am over the age of 18 now, so does he pay my mom or me? Also, from the age of 10, I lived with my grandmother who supported me 100% with no help from my mom, and my grandma is deceased now. Does that money go to me or my mom?
