I was recently charged with Criminal Trespassing at DFW Airport in Texas on 9/5/17. I mistakenly walked through an exit door that led to the check-in area, was arrested, and now face a class A misdemeanor. I have a letter from TSA asking for my input and need to respond within two weeks. What are the potential repercussions, and is there a possibility of having the case dismissed or the sentence reduced? Should I reply to the TSA letter, and if so, what should I include? Additionally, what type of attorney should I consult for assistance, and do they need to be practicing in Texas?

In an Arizona District Court case, opposing counsel has scheduled a deposition without prior consultation, and the chosen time conflicts with the requirement to be at work. The opposing counsel refuses to change the time. Can something be done to get it rescheduled?

I'm considering filing for bankruptcy. I have a cash reserve but my burn rate exceeds my income by about 2:1. I have a home building partnership with 10 current single residence projects in various stages of development, but I'm concerned my reserves will be exhausted before potential profits arrive. I would like to preserve my home and car. My home is titled under my company name. Under FL law, is there a form of reorganization that might allow me to preserve my home and vehicle? Should I file a personal or business bankruptcy? How would my real estate interests in the partnership be affected? I will see a local attorney, but I want some foundation before that consultation.

If I wanted to take Six Flags to court for not cancelling a membership when a mistake was made by both parties even though they said they would, would it be civil court and do I need a lawyer to do so?
