I was recently fired from Nordstrom due to an accidental return without merchandise. We purchased property on the top of a hill that borders a 78-acre lot in 1997. The view was a major selling point. However, a developer has since purchased the bordering property, divided it into parcels, and stopped maintaining the land, causing it to grow wild and obstruct our view. This overgrowth has also led to an increase in wild animals and ticks on our property. Do we have any legal recourse?
