Some company sued me personally for work they did for the corporation I am a shareholder in. I counter-sued and lost in court. I found out they sued me in the wrong court (San Joaquin County) for work done in Contra Costa County, while I live in Alameda County. Can I ask the court to vacate the judgment based on the wrong court and wrong person, as I signed the agreement as an officer of the corporation? Please advise.

Are there laws in Nevada about endangering the life of an animal? My neighbor chased my dog and hers around the street while hitting them on the head with a watering can. She later attempted to spray my daughter's chihuahua with mace/pepper spray. I just went to jail for a dog at large due to her complaint about my having a dog off leash. I wish to counter complain.
