I was staying at my mother-in-law's house in Texas, where the homeowner was making a man cave in the attic without notifying me about a hole or weak floor. Due to this negligence, I fell through the attic floor and am now in the ER with major pain. I need to know what my next legal steps are and if I can sue the homeowner for negligence.

I need to retrieve my previous license number from a different state (Iowa), but their privacy act doesn't allow them to give it to me over the phone. Is there any way a lawyer can retrieve it for me, especially since I've already submitted the necessary documents and paid for the record, but haven't received it yet? I need this record urgently to apply for my MD PSC License (Taxi Driver) and potentially avoid losing my job.

We have an employee (the Manager) who was at a bar and saw another one of our employees (his subordinate). The Manager made inappropriate comments and physical contact with the employee's girlfriend and the employee himself, leading to a hostile reaction from the employee. The Manager does not remember the incident due to a prescription drug reaction. The employee is refusing to work with the Manager and is demanding action. What should we do in this situation?

I got locked out of my apartment on June 28, 2021, because the manager called it abandonment when I was only out for shopping. The police were called to kick in my door and change the deadbolt. I have medications and personal items inside, and the manager has been entering my apartment without my permission. There are also issues with mold and other problems in the building that make it unsafe for kids. I live in Spokane, Washington, and have been trying to get legal help but have faced difficulties. What legal actions can I take to resolve this situation?

I had been able to speak with her until January when she stopped answering the phone, and a friend who checked in on her stopped responding two weeks ago. I cannot get any information from the rehab center. How can I find out where my cousin is or if something has happened to her?
