I need help with an online fraud scam. The company, CoinSeaEX, is not allowing me to withdraw my money and is asking for an additional 20% of my total account amount. I am in NY and have already filed an FBI scam report and gone to the police station to take a report. The company is based in AZ. Additionally, my sister was persuaded to invest by a guy in the USA who told her she could withdraw her money if she deposited another 20%. Can the police arrest this guy as well?

If a guy discovered someone put surveillance equipment in his home, can he take it, throw it out, or destroy it? Additionally, if his wife gave law enforcement permission to monitor the home but has since moved out and he is now alone in the home, is it illegal for law enforcement to keep the equipment there?
