In Massachusetts, after a judge ordered payment by Monday and extended the deadline, do we need another 48-hour notice from the landlord, or can they use the same one? My boss and her husband have been building a house with a private office, but now that our lease is up, she expects us to work out of her personal home kitchen while she fixes an internet problem. I'm uncomfortable with this arrangement, especially since her home is equipped with video cameras. How can I explain that I prefer to work remotely until the office is ready, and is it legal for her to video record us at work without consent or notice?
